Promotion Period: Valid until 31 August 2026 (or while stocks last). Double Tap Plumbing & Drainage reserves the right to end or modify this promotion at any time.
1. Eligibility & Conditions This promotional price is strictly subject to the following conditions:
- The installation must be a like-for-like replacement of an existing 250L hot water system (same capacity, similar location and configuration).
- Installations are outside.
- Installation is limited to single-storey homes only, on the ground floor.
- Installations are Monday to Friday during standard office hours (typically 7:30 AM – 3:30 PM). Weekend or after-hours installations are not included in this price.
- This promotion does not include same-day installation. Standard lead times apply.
- The property must have appropriate access, clear worksite, and comply with all relevant plumbing and electrical regulations. Any additional site preparation or access issues may incur extra charges.
- Must be within 30 minutes of Loganholme
2. Promotional Code Requirement
- To receive the $1,800 price, the customer must clearly state the promotional code in writing (via email, SMS, or the contact form on our website) at the point of first contact or before any quotation is prepared.
- Verbal mentions or references after a quote has been issued will not qualify for the promotion.
- If the promotional code is not mentioned in accordance with these terms and conditions, our standard pricing will apply in accordance with our standard quotation process.
3. What’s Included
- Supply and installation of one (1) new 250L Rheem Everhot hot water system.
- Removal and disposal of the old unit (where accessible).
- Standard like-for-like plumbing
- Electrical disconnect and reconnection only.
- New concrete pads if required for the installation.
- All labour during standard weekday office hours.
- GST.
4. What’s NOT Included (Additional Costs May Apply)
- Non like-for-like installations or upgrades.
- Multi-storey homes or installations above ground floor level.
- Any structural, roofing, or electrical upgrades extension alteration or rectification work the may be required.
- Relocation of the hot water system.
- Additional materials (e.g., longer pipe runs, new valves, tempering valves if not existing and compliant, etc.).
- Site preparation or access modifications (other than new concrete pads where required).
- Weekend, after-hours, or emergency call-out fees.
- Removal of asbestos or hazardous materials (if discovered).
5. Quotation & Booking Process
- A site inspection or detailed information may be required to confirm eligibility.
- A written quotation will be provided confirming the promotional price and any exclusions.
- Full payment or a deposit is required to secure the promotional rate and booking.
- The promotion cannot be used in conjunction with any other offers or discounts unless approved in writing.
6. General Terms
- All installations are carried out by licensed plumbers under our QBCC Licence 15245574.
- Work is performed in accordance with Australian Standards and Queensland regulations.
- Standard Double Tap Plumbing & Drainage warranty applies to workmanship. Manufacturer’s warranty applies to the Rheem Everhot unit.
- Double Tap Plumbing & Drainage reserves the right to refuse the promotional price if the installation does not meet the stated conditions.
- Prices are subject to change without notice if the promotion ends.
